Then use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the rectangle into small, equal-sized squares that are easy to separate and roll. Meatballs freeze really well. Let them freeze on a parchment-lined cookie sheet in the freezer. Don't let them touch. When they have frozen, place the meatballs into a freezer bag. They will be easy to remove and cook when needed.
